University.

It can be just as worrying as it is exciting.
And with most university open days geared to getting students to sign on the bottom line. We took a different approach with Coventry University.

Using their open day as a platform for positivity. An opportunity to reassure those attending with advice by those who have lived it.

The students.

Cue @Notestostrangers

London-based artist Andy Leek is famous for fly-posting messages to strangers to help improve their mental health and happiness one note at a time.

So we commissioned him to do the same for students. In the form of a full campus takeover.

The best bit?

Andy is an ex-student of Coventry University. He knows it. He’s lived it.

Through a series of intimate workshops, Andy interviewed current students, discussing everything from kebabs in Coventry to the psychology of their career aspirations.

The result? Over 50+ messages addressing students on their level plastered all over the university.

Literally.
